Detection of Residual Solvent No.6 in Edible Oil by Gas Chromatography
Product Introduction: Residual Detection of No.6 Solvent in Edible Oil Gas Chromatography is a chromatographic analysis system launched by the company
Product details
brand ZKP/Zhongkepu

One Detection of Residual Solvent No.6 in Edible Oil by Gas ChromatographyAnalysis principle

Edible oil machine presses and extracts oil, and the sixth solvent in the extracted oil needs to be tested. National standard: ≤ 100ppm,≤ 10ppm is considered as not detected. The detection principle involves placing a vegetable oil sample into a sealed equilibrium bottle, and at a certain temperature, allowing the residual solvent to vaporize and reach equilibrium. Then, gas is taken from the liquid and injected into the gas chromatograph for quantitative analysis, which is compared with the standard curve.

2、 Instruments and materials
1. Gas chromatography a) Hydrogen flame detector (FID) b) Gas source: nitrogen, hydrogen, air.
2. Data processing: N2000 workstation and computer
3. Chromatographic column: ¢ 4 * 2-meter stainless steel column.
4. Analytical grade: n-hexane
5. Electronic balance, 60ml small medicine bottle, 10ml volumetric flask, constant temperature water bath, 5ml syringe

3、 Analysis method
1. Solvent free press oil extraction

2. n-hexane (analytical grade)

3. Accurately weigh 0.5g of n-hexane and 49 Mix the 5g press oil to obtain a 1% (mass) standard oil sample, and weigh the 1% standard oil sample Dilute 5g with oil press to 50g, containing 0.1mg n-hexane (100mg/kg) per gram, which is 100 ppm

4 Determination method: Standard curve

Take a 60ml small medicine bottle, add 10g, 8g, 6g, 4g, 2g, 0g of machine pressed oil respectively, and then add 100mg/kg of standard oil sample to 10g (containing 0mg/kg of n-hexane, 20,40,60,80100 respectively), plug it tightly, mix well and place it in a constant temperature water bath at 25 ℃ for 30 minutes, and carefully shake horizontally for 3 minutes. Use a syringe to draw 1ml and inject 1ml of air into the small medicine bottle. After insulation at 25 ℃, repeat the injection.

5 sample analysis;
Weigh 10g of oil sample into a 60ml vial and follow the same procedure as above.

4 Chromatographic analysis conditions
Column temperature: 85 ℃
Gasification: 120 ℃
Testing: 120 ℃
Sensitivity: 3
Carrier gas: 0.1MP
Injection volume: 1 ml

6、 Conclusion

useDetection of Residual Solvent No.6 in Edible Oil by Gas ChromatographyThe detection method for residual solvent No.6 in edible oil is fast and accurate. Compliant with national testing standards
